Job Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled AI Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven and automated workflows across the organization. This high-impact role focuses on streamlining customer, vendor, and internal communications while also driving the improvement and adoption of the company’s AI ChatBot. The AI Manager will collaborate across teams, reduce reliance on manual tools, and enhance productivity through modern AI and automation tools. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Location Requirement:

This position is only open to candidates currently residing in the Philippines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI workflow development, process automation, or intelligent agent implementation

  • Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017, IndySoft, or similar ERP/CRM systems

  • Proven ability to lead AI strategy and independently manage projects

  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and implementing automation solutions


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Business Central, or similar platforms

  • Proficiency in Python and Excel Macros

  • Experience improving customer/vendor communication through AI tools

  • Ability to evaluate and implement agent-based AI technologies


Key Responsibilities:

AI Workflow Design & Optimization

  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows to streamline sales, purchasing, and internal/external communications

  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of the company’s AI ChatBot

  • Automate repetitive tasks such as purchase order follow-ups, calibration reminders, and quote requests

System Integration & Automation

  • Evaluate hosting and integration platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Zapier, Power Automate) and recommend the best-fit solutions

  • Collaborate with departments to reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and SharePoint lists

Training & Support

  • Provide monthly training sessions on AI tools, use cases, and best practices

  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for AI, supporting leadership in identifying opportunities and limitations

ERP/CRM Integration & Optimization

  • Ensure alignment between AI workflows and ERP/CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017

  • Oversee data migrations and integrations to enhance process efficiency
