We’re looking for an Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing both the people and process sides of HR.

What you’ll do
- HRIS, compliance & policy: Manage HRIS/PEO processes, monitor regulatory changes, update policies/handbooks, and lead investigations as needed.
- Payroll, benefits & leave: Oversee weekly payroll reviews, PTO/leave administration, workers’ comp audits, and 401(k) compliance while ensuring smooth open enrollment.
- Talent acquisition & onboarding: Post jobs, source/interview candidates, run structured hiring processes, negotiate offers, and coordinate new-hire onboarding.
- Employee experience & development: Drive engagement through surveys, support performance management cycles, and administer learning platforms.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Operations and Finance to align headcount, payroll, and benefits costs, while managing external vendors.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years as an HR Generalist (or similar role) with payroll, benefits, and employee relations expertise
- Experience with PEOs (TriNet preferred)
- Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience
- Multistate HR exposure (California and Texas strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA/CFRA/TX leave, ADA, EEO, wage & hour, and workers’ comp requirements
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and data accuracy
- Nice to have: PHR or SHRM-CP certification
