Operational Leadership & EOS Execution

- Own the Scorecard: Define, track, and report on team-level KPIs—including Velocity, Rework Rate, QA Queue Time, and Rock completion—ensuring the team hits its numbers consistently.
- Drive the 90-day plan: Maintain alignment to quarterly Rocks and ensure the team executes with discipline and predictability.
Process Enforcement & Quality Control
- Implement and enforce the Requirements Quality Gate: Ensure no work enters development without complete, unambiguous requirements and acceptance criteria—directly reducing rework and technical thrash.
- Standardize execution processes: Document, improve, and enforce the workflows and operating procedures used across Engineering, QA, and Deployment.
Flow Management Across the Value Stream
- Manage work movement end-to-end: Coordinate developers, QA, and deployment to ensure smooth, continuous flow across multiple time zones.
- Remove blockers rapidly: Identify bottlenecks early, escalate when needed, and ensure work keeps moving without delays.

- CTO (People/Technical Leadership) for resource alignment and technical direction.
- PM/BA (Requirements & Specification) to maintain clarity and prevent misalignment.
