Job Summary 

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites to meet our company’s or clients’ specifications, ensuring high-quality performance, responsiveness, and user experience. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Website Development 

   • Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications. 

   • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using modern development best practices. 

2. Collaboration 

   • Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to meet project goals and deadlines. 

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. 

3. Testing and Debugging 

   • Perform website testing for functionality, performance, and responsiveness. 

   • Troubleshoot and debug existing websites and web applications. 

4. Optimization and Maintenance 

   • Optimize websites for speed and scalability. 

   • Ensure websites are compatible across various devices and browsers. 

   • Regularly update and maintain website content and technical standards. 

5. Security and Compliance 

   • Implement security measures to safeguard websites and web applications. 

   • Ensure websites comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ADA). 

Qualifications and Skills 

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

2. Technical Skills: 

   • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages. 

   • Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. 

   • Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby. 

   • Knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB). 

   • Experience with version control systems like Git. 

3. Soft Skills: 

   • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

   • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

   • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). 

• Knowledge of SEO best practices. 

• Familiarity with cloud services and hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
