Role Overview

The Customer Support Specialist (Transportation) provides day-to-day operational support related to inventory movement, routing, and delivery coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work closely with U.S.-based teams, customers, and third-party carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers with routing, delivery, and transportation-related inquiries
  • Complete daily operational tasks such as phone calls, data entry, and issue resolution in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and communicate with carriers to ensure proper routing, delivery, or re-routing of units
  • Proactively update customers on delivery status and address delays or exceptions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation and inventory movement
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations and logistics teams to support business goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer support, logistics, transportation coordination, or operations
  • Hands-on experience supporting or working with any of the following:
  • Motorcycles, ATVs, Side X Sides, Utility Vehicles, Personal Watercraft, Snowmobiles, Trailers, Recreational Vehicles, or Boats
  • U.S.-based operations or transportation support experience is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfort working with systems, data entry, and operational tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote, cross-functional team
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
