Job Summary
The Senior Recruiter (Corporate) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for the internal team. Acting as a strategic headhunter, this role owns the full-cycle recruitment process—from proactive sourcing and rigorous candidate vetting to complex interview coordination and offer management.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the organization’s culture and values, along with the ability to compellingly “sell” the company to high-caliber, passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities. This position plays a critical role in building long-term talent pipelines that support business growth and leadership needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach rather than relying solely on job postings.
- Identify and attract top talent within the U.S. job market across various roles and seniority levels.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure reliable reporting and pipeline visibility.
Candidate Vetting & Screening
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Manage assessments and evaluations prior to advancing candidates to hiring managers.
- Provide clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
Full-Cycle Logistics & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a high-touch, professional experience from first contact through final decision.
Offer & Pre-Employment Administration
- Lead the offer process, including offer extensions and negotiation support.
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
- Execute a seamless handoff to the HR Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of hands-on U.S. recruitment experience, with a strong background in headhunting and full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn and other major sourcing platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Workspace, and VoIP softphones for U.S.-based communication
- Proven ability to source and engage passive, senior-level candidates in competitive markets
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to work consistently during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
