What you’ll do
- Campaign execution & management: Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social campaigns. Conduct keyword research, update ad copy, manage budgets, and support A/B testing for landing pages and forms.
- Content & collateral support: Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized articles, guides, and case studies. Coordinate website updates, organic social posts, videos, and maintain organized marketing assets and one-pagers.
- Lead generation & funnel management: Maintain CRM data accuracy, build simple email sequences, report weekly on funnel metrics, and ensure all inbound leads are properly captured and routed to sales.
- Partnership & outreach support: Research potential partners, assist with outreach materials, and help coordinate webinars or co-marketing events.
- Analytics & reporting: Maintain GA4 dashboards, compile campaign performance reports, track marketing spend, and provide insights to improve ROI and efficiency.
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on ethical, measurable growth.
Bonus skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or short-form video tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
- Experience with email automation (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot).
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based B2B marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of ethical employment or social-impact marketing.
