As an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator, you’ll provide direct support to the CEO of one of our prestigious clients—balancing executive assistance with project coordination. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

What you’ll do

  • Executive support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Project coordination: Track cross-functional initiatives, monitor deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
  • Documentation & reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials that support executive decision-making.
  • Priorities & follow-ups: Maintain visibility on key initiatives, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar).
  • Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
