As an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator, you’ll provide direct support to the CEO of one of our prestigious clients—balancing executive assistance with project coordination. What you’ll do
- Executive support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence.
- Project coordination: Track cross-functional initiatives, monitor deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.
- Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
- Documentation & reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials that support executive decision-making.
- Priorities & follow-ups: Maintain visibility on key initiatives, follow-ups, and action items.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Proven organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar).
- Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
