Service Coordinator

Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with U.S. team)
Employment Type: Full-time

Support cutting-edge inspection technology used across medical device manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, defense, food safety, and research environments. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience by supporting advanced X-ray inspection systems ranging from operator-driven units to fully automated inline solutions.

You will work closely with service technicians and internal teams to coordinate installations, manage schedules, and ensure every client interaction reflects precision, professionalism, and partnership.

What You’ll Do

Customer coordination & communication

  • Generate and send service quotes and estimates to clients
  • Follow up on proposals in a timely and professional manner
  • Serve as a customer advocate by clearly communicating client needs internally
  • Ensure customers receive requested services and support without delay

Service scheduling & logistics

  • Manage technician schedules and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate installations and on-site service visits
  • Ensure technicians are fully informed of job scope and requirements
  • Enter and process purchase orders accurately

Account support & relationship management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Track service records and maintain organized documentation
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service processes

Operational excellence

  • Collaborate with Service, Operations, and other departments to resolve issues
  • Maintain high standards of responsiveness and professionalism
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction


What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience working as a Service Coordinator for services offered in the U.S.
  • Experience coordinating with U.S.-based service technicians
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (estimates, reporting, purchase orders)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve practical problems, and stay detail-oriented
  • Spanish proficiency is a big plus
