We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Linkedin ads and Facebook Ads to lead our paid advertising efforts for high-quality lead generation. This is a fully remote position that requires proven experience and a track record of delivering valid leads.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Targeting & Audience Development
- Identify and target key demographics, including C-level executives, IT managers, and decision-makers in industries such as real estate, accounting, and professional services.
- Develop custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to maximize engagement.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS to ensure alignment with lead generation goals.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to the marketing team.
Ad Copy & Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to the target audience.
- Align all ads with client’s branding and messaging.
Budget Management
- Manage advertising budgets to achieve lead generation targets within cost constraints.
- Recommend budget adjustments based on performance trends and market analysis.
Proof of Results
- Provide proof of experience and examples of campaigns that successfully generated valid leads.
- Demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality, actionable leads through data-backed case studies or campaign results.
Creative Support
- Indicate if you have video editing or graphic design skills to support ad creative development.
Competitor Research
- Analyze competitor campaigns to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and paid advertising best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for lead generation (minimum 2-3 years).
- Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and achieving measurable results, with proof of campaign outcomes.
Skills
- Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
Creative Skills
- State if you have video editing experience or graphic design experience to enhance campaign visuals.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and IT services industries is a plus.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance-related targeting strategies is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
