Job Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support the company’s workforce needs. This role manages the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about building strong talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Experience recruiting for U.S. onshore-based roles is required.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in hiring decisions.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and role fit.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Acquisition
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with preparing and extending job offers when needed.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices.
Employer Branding
- Support initiatives that promote the company as a great place to work.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience at every stage of recruitment.
Recruitment Operations & Data Management
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and manage recruitment workflows.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and support improvements in hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for U.S. onshore-based roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms is an advantage.
