As an RFP Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end proposal process, build scalable proposal infrastructure, and deliver compelling, compliant submissions across government, healthcare, and enterprise sectors. This role blends hands-on proposal execution with process design and cross-functional leadership.

What you’ll do
RFP lifecycle & proposal delivery:
Lead the full RFP process from opportunity intake and bid/no-bid analysis through writing, coordination, and on-time submission for high-value opportunities.
Proposal content & infrastructure:
Develop and maintain proposal templates, checklists, and standardized content; build and manage a centralized proposal content library.
Writing & compliance:
Draft and edit proposal narratives to ensure clarity, accuracy, responsiveness, and full compliance with RFP requirements.
Cross-functional coordination:
Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Health Equity, and Technology teams to gather pricing, qualifications, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Tracking & reporting:
Track all active bids in HubSpot, including timelines, submission status, and outcomes; support post-submission debriefs and maintain win/loss data for leadership.
Process improvement & automation:
Implement proposal tools and automation (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Team growth & strategy:
Partner with the COO to define the roadmap for future RFP team expansion and proposal function maturity.
What you’ll bring
- 5–8 years of experience managing or writing competitive RFPs, in U.S. government, U.S. healthcare, or language services sectors.
- Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with HubSpot, Airtable, or proposal software is a plus.
- Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret win/loss data and ROI metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
