L2/ L3 Helpdesk Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator/RMM Engineer to support our IT team in managing projects and handling Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tasks. This role will assist with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support needs, ensuring smooth project execution and efficient resolution of RMM tickets. The ideal candidate will excel in project coordination, internal communication, and non-customer-facing IT support tasks.
Compensation, Work Schedule and Benefits:
- Salary Range: Php 50,000 to Php 70,000
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize project-related data into spreadsheets and documents.
Manage project schedules and ensure timely updates.
Communicate with internal teams regarding project progress and requirements.
Assist in back-end project delivery tasks, including audits and project reviews.
Handle RMM tickets, such as patch failures and SentinelOne alert resolutions.
Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Create well-structured, client-facing documentation for projects and new systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with ConnectWise RMM and ConnectWise Manage (PSA).
Strong understanding of project management processes and structures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills:
Proficiency in creating well-formatted and professional documents.
Familiarity with IT project coordination and auditing processes.
Experience with IT service management and automation tools.
