We’re looking for a Helpdesk Technician Level 1 with strong customer service skills and a basic technical foundation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- ₱70,000 basic salary
- $500 travel allowance
- ₱5,000 health allowance

Job Overview:
The Helpdesk Technician Level 1 will provide remote support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting Windows and macOS issues, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and other basic IT tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to Windows, macOS, networking, and Microsoft 365.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and system configurations.
- Support printers, peripherals, and basic software installations.
- Use remote support tools to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Follow cybersecurity best practices and educate users on security awareness.
