We’re looking for a Helpdesk Technician Level 1 with strong customer service skills and a basic technical foundation.
 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • ₱70,000 basic salary
  • $500 travel allowance
  • ₱5,000 health allowance
  • Paid Time Off
  • Annual Bonus (at risk)


Job Overview:

The Helpdesk Technician Level 1 will provide remote support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting Windows and macOS issues, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and other basic IT tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn.

 

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot common issues related to Windows, macOS, networking, and Microsoft 365.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and system configurations.
  • Support printers, peripherals, and basic software installations.
  • Use remote support tools to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Follow cybersecurity best practices and educate users on security awareness.
