Location: Remote — Philippines or South Africa (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

What you’ll do
AI workflow development:
Design and maintain AI-driven workflows to streamline communications and business processes. Automate repetitive tasks—such as reminders, follow-ups, and reporting—to improve efficiency and consistency.
Automation & system integration:
Build, test, and manage automations using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar platforms. Integrate AI and automation systems with core business tools (ERP, CRM, or SharePoint) and monitor performance to ensure reliability.
AI chatbot optimization:
Enhance and maintain the company’s AI ChatBot to improve responsiveness and accuracy. Support integration with internal systems and refine conversational logic based on user feedback.
Collaboration & support:
Partner with Operations and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for implemented tools.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in AI workflow design, process automation, or chatbot optimization
- Proficiency with automation platforms (Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills, including macros or VBA scripting
- Experience integrating AI tools with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, IndySoft, or similar)
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE or Business Central
- Basic Python scripting for automation or data processing
- Experience with AI chatbots or NLP tools (ChatGPT, Power Virtual Agents, etc.)
- Understanding of cloud integration platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
