Position Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of digital presence, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy (FB, IG, TikTok & Youtube). You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand reputation, engaging with our audience, and driving growth across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our social media efforts remain cutting-edge.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and ad creative development.
- Monitor and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaboration and Networking:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing and business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners for collaboration opportunities.
Community Engagement:
- Build and nurture a loyal online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successful social media strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns for various platforms.
- Proven ability to build and nurture online communities, engage with followers, and manage social media conversations effectively.
- Proficiency in managing and leveraging popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
