Customer Support Representative (Real Estate) 

(Real Estate, Full-Time, Remote – Philippines)

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a customer-facing, highly interactive role where you’ll help users configure integrations, troubleshoot issues, and get the most value from their software subscriptions.

This position is fully remote and works U.S. business hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via Zoom, email, and phone
  • Guide new clients through setup, configuration, and best practices for PropTech support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support when needed
  • Handle an average of 30–50 emails and 5–10 calls per day
  • Document issues and solutions clearly to improve the internal knowledge base and self-service resources
  • Track and report data to identify trends and help evolve customer experience metrics
  • Participate in customer training sessions and cross-functional projects
  • Work flexibly and embrace experimentation in a fast-growing startup environment

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate customer support or technical support
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for solving technical problems
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze issues from multiple angles
  • Background in real estate or prop-tech
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, back-office management, accounting, or finance software

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop
