What You’ll Do
As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the contract lifecycle from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, drafting, and revising a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, LOIs, EPC agreements, Site Leases, PPAs, subcontracts, engagement letters, service agreements, and more.
- Monitoring contract performance, compliance, and approvals to align with company policies and goals.
- Extracting and organizing contract data into centralized databases/platforms.
- Coordinating with Legal, Compliance, FP&A, Finance, Project Management, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows.
- Tracking contract statuses, creating reports, and maintaining a complete archive of executed agreements.
- Identifying contractual risks, suggesting solutions, and ensuring all agreements align with LAdmins’ standard terms and conditions.
- Supporting training initiatives and proposing process improvements for contract management.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in contracts management within construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications such as CPCM or Paralegal certification are a plus.
- Strong background in redlining, drafting, and reviewing professional services and construction-related agreements.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
