What you’ll do
- Lead management & prospecting: Handle sales-qualified leads while proactively developing your own pipeline.
- Client engagement: Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored pitches, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- End-to-end sales ownership: Drive opportunities through contract signing and onboarding.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership and prospecting teams to align on strategy and growth targets.
- Handoffs & relationships: Ensure seamless transitions to Account Managers and Operations for long-term client success.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and CRM data.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (BPO, travel, sports, or entertainment industries a plus).
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-value deals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and adapt to diverse business needs.
