What you’ll do
Lead engagement & outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls, including cold calls, to new leads, internet inquiries, and past customers to spark interest and create new sales opportunities.
Follow-up & appointment setting: Maintain consistent follow-ups through phone, SMS, and email to nurture prospects and schedule dealership appointments.
CRM management: Keep detailed, accurate notes and activity updates in the CRM to ensure smooth lead tracking and handoffs.
Customer experience: Deliver friendly, professional communication that reflects the dealership’s commitment to transparency and service.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on lead needs, ensure seamless handoff, and meet activity/appointment targets.
What you’ll bring
- Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or sales experience (automotive experience is a plus).
- Confidence and comfort making high-volume outbound calls.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (automotive CRMs preferred).
- A positive, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn.
